Degree / Transcript Application Procedure

Procedure to Apply for Transcript / Degree
Process to Apply for Transcript / DMC (Main Campus) 
  1. Visit the Main Exam Cell located at the Main Campus in Peshawar.
  2. Obtain the Degree / Transcript Application Form & Clearance from the Main Exam Cell.
  3. Carefully fill all required fields of the Degree/Transcript Application Form & Clearance Form.
  4. Original receipt of payment made for the said purpose.
  5. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from SSC/Sub Campus
  6. The Transcript issurance process will be completed within two weeks’ time provided all required documents and fee submitted at the time of submission of verification application.

Process to Apply for Degree (Main Campus)

  1. Visit the Main Exam Cell located at the Main Campus in Peshawar.
  2. Obtain the Degree / Transcript Application Form & Clearance from the Main Exam Cell.
  3. Carefully fill all required fields of the Degree/Transcript Application Form & Clearance Form.
  4. Get your clearance form signed from all concerned departments.
  5. Get fee invoice from accounts section and deposit fee at bank counter.
  6. Degree issuance process will be completed within 30 days ’ time provided all required documents and fee submitted at the time of submission of verification application.
  7. Submit filled application form, Clearance form, fee deposit slip along with following documents at Examination Section.
    • Copy of Transcript / DMC if already issued.
    • For Bachelor/ Associate Degree / Diploma / Certificate: (Verified Photocopy Intermediate Certificate duly verified from concerned BISE or attested by IBCC Islamabad. 
    • For Master Degree/B.Ed/PG Diploma: (Verified Photocopy of Bachelor Degree with sign and seal by the Controller of Examinations/ Registrar of concerned University or verification letter from concerned University or Attested copy of Degree/Transcript by HEC)
    • Authority letter in case a third person is to collect (CNIC copy of applicant and receiving person must be provided).

Process to Apply for Transcript / DMC  (Distance Learning)

  1. Visit the concerned Student Support Center (SSC).
  2. Obtain the Transcript/ DMC Application Form.
  3. Carefully fill-in Transcript/ DMC Application Form.
  4. Deposit Transcript/ DMC fee.
  5. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from SSC.
  6. Attach all above documents and handover to the concerned SSC for further necessary process.
  7. The Transcript issurance process will be completed within two weeks’ time provided all required documents and fee submitted at the time of submission of verification application.

Process to Apply for Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate  (Distance Learning)

  1. Visit the concerned Student Support Center (SSC).
  2. Obtain the Degree/ Diploma Application Form.
  3. Carefully fill-in Degree/ Diploma Application Form.
  4. Deposit Degree/ Diploma fee.
  5. Original receipt of payment made for the said purpose.
  6. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from SSC.
  7. Copy of Transcript / DMC if already issued.
  8. Degree issuance process will be completed within 30 days ’ time provided all required documents and fee submitted at the time of submission of verification application.
  9. Submit filled application form, fee deposit slip along with following documents at SSC for further necessary action.
    • For Bachelor/ Associate Degree / Diploma / Certificate: (Verified Photocopy Intermediate Certificate duly attested by Inter-Board Committee or verification letter from respective Intermediate Board) 
    • For Master Degree/B.Ed/PG Diploma: (Verified Photocopy of Bachelor Degree/SDPE with sign and seal by the Controller of Examinations/ Registrar of concerned University or verification letter from concerned University or Attested copy of Degree/Transcript by HEC)
    • Authority letter in case a third person is to collect (CNIC copy of applicant and receiving person must be provided).

NOTE:- The required academic documents are those on the basis of which the applicant has secured admission in the University. All mentioned documents are necessary to be attached with this application form else application will not be considered till the provision of required documents.
