Program Objectives:
To equip the anesthesia technologist with modern skills and latest technical knowledge to help in health care delivery system and to prepare the gradute for higher studies and research purpose.
Program Outcomes:
The BS Anesthesia Technology course is a four years degree program aimed at training students in the technological spheres of anesthesia care with a good scientific foundation.These students will be in a position to assist the health care provider (Anesthesiologist, Surgeon). On completion of the course they will play a key role in quality of health care facilities in the province, country and across the globe. With advance training in the least technology these students will able to open the door of new research in anesthesia technology and ensure the safety of the patient at the maximum.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates with F.Sc(Pre-Medical)or A-level with equivalency certificate from IBCC Islamabad with at least 45% marks are elegible to apply
- Candidates with Diploma in relevant field with at least 45% marks in annual semester system dully registered by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Faculty with equivalency certificate from IBCC Islamabad are elligible to apply
- Candidates will have to appear in an entry test to be conducted by any registered Testing Agency or University
- Candidates will appear in an interview to be conducted by the University
